6.2.2.4 your failure to provide Hyastar with accurate account information;
6.2.2.5 your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential;
6.3 The limitations on Hyastar, Hyastar.com or SL52 Ltd’s liability to you in paragraph 6.2 above shall apply whether or not Hyastar, Hyastar.com or SL52 Ltd has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising.

9. Proper Law
These Terms shall be governed by English law. You and Hyastar agree to exclusively submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
